Hermieshop Shirts are printed by our partners Teelaunch, using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. This allows us to bring you more variety in shirt styles, colors, and designs.
Once your order is paid for, it goes into the production lineup. No waiting for a campaign to end!

What type of shirts do you print on?
Brands used for all styles of t-shirts include Gildan, District, District Made, and Canvas. 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, very soft shirts.
How do you ship and what are the shipping costs?

All orders are shipped from the US. Orders shipping to US addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Internationally we use a service called APC and the average time is 14-28 days depending on the country. The shipping cost is $4 plus $1 per additional shirt in the US, and $10 plus $1 per additionally shirt to the rest of the world.

NOTE: If you are receiving an international order (outside of the United States), you are responsible for any extra fees your country might charge upon delivery, such as extra duties, taxes and customs clearance, and VAT fees. These are due upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient. These taxes are charged by your country of residence and unfortunately, they cannot be paid by the sender. If you live in a country who charges these fees, it's a good idea to check when and if these fees will incur before you place your order. Sometimes only shipments worth more than a specific amount will be charged fees, so in some cases it might be best to order multiple items separately.

How long does it take my order to get printed and shipped?

Production time from receipt of order to shipping is approximately 5 days. Domestic shipping via USPS is 8-10 days for most parts of the country.


Can I cancel my order?
Once you have submitted your order, it goes into the printing company's system and cannot be canceled.

What about returns?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order: sales@hermieshop.com.  The shirt MUST be in new/resalable condition.
